I got back in the saddle again after a long break from the Little Green Cheese podcast and recorded my first episode in what seemed like ages.
I talk about mozzarella cheese which I was very surprised to find featured in the grand final of My Kitchen Rules. It was great to see home cheese making finally hitting mainstream TV.
